Twenty Twelve has arrived and we have more sisterhood than ever!

We have a new member, Melissa Casey Moore, from the Alpha Epsilon chapter at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She recently moved here with her husband and is excited to get to know the sisters more.

To kick the year off, we have two upcoming events:

Family Tubing Day
Saturday, February 18th, 2012, at Sunburst Ski Area in Kewaskum, WI, just north of Milwaukee. Details can be found on Facebook here.

CFF Great Strides Walk
Sunday, May 20st, 2012, at O'Donnell Park on Milwaukee's Lakefront

Last year, our four woman team raised a total of $760 for Cystic Fibrosis. Join our team help fight CF! Click here to join!

We are also just as curious about you, as you are about us! Please take a quick survey so we can learn what you are looking for in an alumnae association!

Great Strides for Cystic Fibrosis

Today the women of the Cream City Alumnae Association participated in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Great Strides Walk at the Milwaukee County Zoo. The weather wasn't the greatest with 40 mph winds, but that couldn't keep the "Unicorn Unit" down. Our four member team raised $740!  We didn't take home the best spirit award, but we definitely felt like we did. Many people at the zoo smiled at our costumes. We were very happy with the results of our first walk and look forward to participating in the event next year.

Officially "Recognized"

As of yesterday, the Cream City Alumnae Association is a "Recognized Alumnae Association" with International Headquarters (IHQ). This excites all of us for all the possibilities of our association.

This weekend is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Great Strides walk that we are participating in. So far, we have raised over $700 for CFF and still have a few days to go. If you haven't donated already and want to please do so here.
